"I had the speed and fitness to accomplish my 3:30 goal. Unfortunately I felt so good I ran 7:20-7:40 miles for my half and died at mile 22. Has to walk 22 - 23 and slowly jog to the finish. I'm mad at myself for getting caught up in the moment and not pacing myself. I know I could have accomplished my goal. How long should I wait to run my next marathon? I feel like trying again 4 weeks from now and staying with the 3:30 pace team. Thoughts? My ultimate goal is to run under 3:10 and qualify for boston. "
